Charging made easy - Here’s how:

1. Start charging

Scan the QR code at the charging station and open the respective website.

Here you can see the tariff information that applies for the respective location. The charging prices usually consist of a starting fee, a price per kWh and, if applicable, a price for using the parking slot.

Enter your payment and billing data, agree to the terms and conditions and data protection regulations and start the charging process by clicking on the “ Charge now ” button.

The charging process starts as soon as you have connected your vehicle to the charging point.

2. Charge the vehicle

Immediately after clicking the button, a security deposit is reserved to verify the payment method. After the charging process is complete, the difference between the security deposit and the costs actually incurred will be credited back to you.

During the charging process, the provisional price, the current consumption and the duration of the charging process are listed. These are provisional, non-binding values.

3. Stop charging

End the charging process in the web interface or via your vehicle’s interface and then click on “Complete process”.

You will then receive a summary email with the billing and transaction details.

The invoice is usually sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours after the end of the charging process.
